REFUND INFORMATION
All refunds are limited up to a 50% (Partial Refund)
To be eligible to receive a partial refund, all refund requests must be initiated within 24 hours of the purchase date.

HOW TO REQUEST
To request a refund, select the “Support” button located at the top/middle section on our website. The “Support” tab will bring you to an invite link to our Discord Server, from there, you can “Open A Ticket” in our Discord Server, located under the “General” category, once the ticket is made, please tell us what you’re contacting us about (Requesting A Refund) then we will message you back as soon as we can to complete the process.

WHAT WE NEED
Upon requesting a refund, you will be asked to provide your: (ORDER #, EMAIL, PRODUCT NAME, LICENSE KEY & REASON FOR RETURN) as well as any other information we find necessary to request.

REFUND SUMMARY
Once the refund is initiated, we will provide a screenshot & email confirmation regarding the refund. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase the item, the refund could take up to 3-5 business days to be completed.

With that being said, we reserve the right to deny any refund requests if necessary.

We, (“Supreme Keys“) understand that Stripe & PayPal allow buyers to open a dispute (“Dispute“) & request a chargeback (“Charge Back“) if they believe a transaction was unauthorized or if there was a problem with the purchase in general.

STRIPE’S CONSEQUENCES
1. LOSS OF BUYER PROTECTION:
Depending on the circumstances, the buyer may lose eligibility to utilize Stripe’s (“Buyer Protection“) & (“Dispute Resolution Process“) in the future.
2. ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS:
Stripe may impose limitations on the buyer’s account, including restricting their ability to make payments or placing a hold on their funds.
3. LOSS OF TRUST:
Repeatedly opening a (“Charge Back“) without a valid reason, could damage the buyer’s reputation with Stripe & other merchants, making it very difficult to conduct future transactions online.

PAYPAL CONSEQUENCES
1. LOSS OF BUYER PROTECTION:
If PayPal determines that the (“Charge Back“) was initiated without a valid reason, the buyer may lose their eligibility to be in PayPal’s (“Purchase Protection Program“) in the future.
2. ACCOUNT LIMITATIONS:
PayPal may impose limitations on the buyer’s account, including restricting their ability to send money, withdraw funds, or make payments.
3. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR CLOSURE:
In severe cases involving abuse or fraudulent activity, PayPal may suspend or close the buyer’s account.
